Lyn Colenso, the founder and mentor of The Bhava Centre, first came to Yoga in 1970, she was introduced to Creative Dance in 1978 and founded The Bhava Centre in 1986. In her search for spiritual truths she has gathered wisdom and inspiration at the feet of many teachers. Lyn discovered her greatest fullfillment in the Yoga and Dance presented by the late Dorotea Mangiamele, who showed her that 'life' is the greatest teacher of all.

The Bhava Centre specialises in running classes in Yoga and Creative Dance for adults, mothers-to-be and children.

Adults and Mothers-to-be are welcome to attend classes as frequently as they wish, although the greatest benefit is experienced through regular attendance. Booking is not nesessary.

For Children's classes, bookings are preferred in order to assure your little dancer is placed in the correct age group. Classes are offered for 2 year olds through to teenagers.
