The course requires a commitment to Bhava for the duration of one year. Eleven Yoga Intensives are held on
Sundays throughout the year and students are expected to attend regular weekly classes. The course will cover a comprehensive study of the yoga practices.
There is a substantial homework component to this course which includes reading, written essays, and the development of a personal yoga journal which will compile an excellent reference guide.
Assessment is via attendance, completion of all assignments, a written exam and practical presentation of a class. It is important to realize that the Bhava style is of a creative nature and so creativity, color, music and presentation are important factors throughout the course.
