Our classes encompass relaxation and meditations and express the physical yoga postures through a flowing sequence which is likened to a sacred dance. Time is spent experiencing the postures through physical awareness, creative visualization and acknowledgement of the attitudes each posture expresses. All classes are accessible to all levels of yoga ability.
Most students of the yoga are seeking the benefits derived from physical suppleness, healthier, deeper breathing, and relaxation to balance a busy lifestyle.
